Material has a zero flame spread per ASTM E162 Made from
a Low Smoke/Low Toxicity material that meets NFPA 130
requirements for optical smoke density Meets the toxicity
standards of Boeing BBS 7239, Airbus ATS 1000.01 and Bombardier
SMP800-C UL recognized and CSA certified Material has

Save Design and Engineering Time
It is not uncommon for at least some portion of the electrical
pathway in a passenger rail car to be custom designed
and fabricated out of steel or aluminum channel. With
the availability of TMC Wiring Duct in seven sizes from
25x37mm (1x1.5in) to 100x75mm (4x3in), each in 2 meter
lengths, most applications can be met with standard roduct,
eliminating or reducing the need to custom design a solution.

require deburring and will not abrade wires

bonding and grounding of the system
- Standard pre-punched mounting holes make it easier to
mount the product
- Pre-punched slotted walls, with removable fingers, allow
wire bundles to be easily transitioned in or out of the
channel without requiring the channel to be specially
cut
- Product is packaged base and cover together reducing
the number of part numbers to inventory
Weight Savings
TMC Wiring Duct is up to 40% lighter than a comparable
aluminum channel, leading to significant weight savings
in he vehicle. These weight savings can contribute to
overall energy savings in operating the vehicles for the
